Chic To Cheek Cloth diaper Review and Giveaway!

Looking for an organic diaper? The feel of this diaper was so different from any that I have reviewed yet! We haven't tried this style of organic hemp and I really loved it! Little L's bum was super happy and there was absolutely no signs of redness. The only downfall was prepping the diaper, I had to wash it a few extra times so it could reach maximum absorbency...with us paying $2 a wash this really wasn't convenient for us at all! I am trying to steer towards all organic and natural products for the little guy though so I'd say the cost is worth it. The diaper is a bit pricey as well but the make and snaps of the diaper were great! I used it mostly overnight because I loved how much it didn't irritate any part of Little L's body. This is definitely not a starter diaper, I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner because it's really touchy! I dried it a little too long and on too high of a heat and it started to pill the fabric. You would think I'd be experienced enough but I wish I had waited until I tried a cheaper hemp diaper before tackling this great one! Big D didn't get a chance to change this diaper (he's been working mega overtime) but I'm sure he would have had trouble with the snaps! It didn't stain and the poo cleaned up great, even grape poo ;-)

T.M.I. I know.

Straight From the Source:

Fits and functions from birth through potty training

This diaper is a unique, one-size, all in one cloth diaper. It combines the convenience of an all in one, with the versatility of an adjustable, one-size diaper. It's smart, intuitive design means you get a great diaper that will keep working from birth through potty training on most babies.  The semi-attached soaker pad allows for complete adjustability - put the absorption where you need it! You do not need to stuff anything, or purchase additional inserts. This great organic diaper does not require a cover either! The inside and soaker of this diaper is made from certified organic hemp fleece. Hemp is wonderful for cloth diapers because of it's antimicrobial properties and the fact that it is grown without pesticides, while enriching the soil it's grown in. Hemp wears in, just like your favourite jeans. It gets softer and more absorbent as it's washed. Plus, it is a very strong, durable fiber which makes it ideal for this one-size diaper that is going to get washed a lot! Read more about how great hemp is here.
The 3 rows of snaps on the front of the diaper adjust to shorten the rise, making the diaper fit well on smaller babies. Plus, the top row can fold down again, creating an even smaller setting for new babies without placing too much bulk between their legs.
Please keep in mind that the same amount of fabric will be going on a 10 lb. baby as a 25 lb. baby, so there will be a little bulk when your baby is quite small. This diaper fits best on babies from 12 to 40 pounds.
